How my program works...
*You must be willing to commit to 2 or 3 training sessions per week. Any frequency less than that I cannot take on.*
1-1 In Person Coaching
In person training sessions with a professional to keep you accountable and ensure progress.
Rates: $100 per session paid monthly
Nutrition Coaching
Evidence based dietary strategy to help you optimize your program and create lasting change.
Included with personal training program if wanted, not required.
Out of Gym Workout Guidance
There will be times when you cannot physically be there in the gym due to travel or many other reasons. Your program and progress continues.
