First, we will meet and do a comprehensive movement assessment which will be the starting point and blueprint for your training program. 

We will understand immediately what you are good at, what you may need more work on, and how to avoid injury as much as possible. 

After the comprehensive movement assessment, your custom personal training program can be created to fit your needs and goals. This will include specific warm ups, mobility drills, core exercises, and weight lifting that matches where you are at right now. 

That will be your starting point, progressions and different phases of training will be built in to keep you gaining strength, muscle, and confidence.

You’ll get the honesty you need, the motivation you crave, and the accountability you deserve.

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are at right now, and help you in whatever capacity you need. Every person is different, but every person needs:

  • a progressive training program (that takes into account current capabilities and injuries)
  • cohesive nutrition coaching (a must for fat loss, not mandatory but highly recommended)
  • constant feedback and next steps…(someone who can see what you can’t and knows where to go next)
